Expecting a child / Recovering from birth Take it from a real-life dad; whether you're birthing or adopting, welcoming a new life into your home includes challenges that may not be obvious right away. From hoisting baby to hauling baby gear, your body will be challenged and will consequently change. I help prepare you for the physical rigors of parenthood with targeted functional workouts and proven recovery methods.
Athlete Preparing to compete in a sport or event? Want to improve performance or prevent injury? From teens to tri-athletes, weekend warriors to master competitors, I design conditioning and strength workouts and specific drills to have you performing your best.
Recovering from surgery/injury Backs, knees, shoulders and other joints connect to muscles that can hurt if compromised by overuse, trauma or disease. As a certified post-rehab conditioning specialist, I consult with your doctors, physical therapists, and other health-care professionals to learn how best to improve your painful parts. I also make referrals to trusted traditional and alternative practitioners.
